Cāycoú Sëry Vǖy was founded durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1307, by Chi̊tsa Tsil̄ů Diel̄. The establishment of Cāycoú Sëry Vǖy was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Chi̊tsa Tsil̄ů Diel̄ electing to pay people to resettle in Cāycoú Sëry Vǖy.
Cāycoú Sëry Vǖy was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Cāycoú Sëry Vǖy is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Cāycoú Sëry Vǖy is buildings are arranged arround a network of narrow packed earth streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section.
